So last night The App store wouldnt open up either.. I turned off my PC and went to bed. The next morning i woke up and started up my pc and it went to the black screen. I cannot get into safe mode no matter which tutorial i watch or what i read. I tried a partition wizard and it gives me a "kernal panic" error and just stops before it will even run. I have looks at a TON of pages with people giving advice and either the conversation stops with no answer..

I have been working on this for hours and cant find solution. For a better understanding of the issue, I would need more information from your end.

Did you make any recent changes on the computer prior to this issue? Did you install any recent Windows Updates?

I did solve it.. I ended up putting in the windows 8 install disk.. I just deleted all the partitions and restarted and started over from scratch..
